How To Use V6 SuperCharger for Android
I have seen a ton of questions on how to use the V6 SuperCharger script by zeppelinrox after I included it in the newest versions of Fresh Rom. I decided to write this very quick how to on using it. If you have any further questions or issues with it then please visit the original thread for it! I didn’t write it and can’t provide support for it.
This is just a very basic how to with minimal explanations on what it’s actually doing. It’s only to help people set it up.
The commands that you’ll be running are as follows:
To verify that it worked: repeat steps 1-4, then verify that it states “Current Values MATCH Prior SuperCharge!” |

You can do the same by downloading ‘terminal emulator’ through the market. Use these steps instead:
1. su
2. cd /system/xbin
3. V6_SuperCharger_u8.sh [case sensitive!]
4. 0
5. 2
6. 16 [reboots phone]
***you can still verify by repeating steps 1-4***Hope this helps those who are unfamiliar with adb!

FWIW, I had to add the directory containing V6 Supercharger to my PATH$ statement using a Linux command to get it working with Script Manager. Otherwise, I got errors. If you can locate the script but not execute it, try adding to PATH$. See: http://www.troubleshooters.com/linux/prepostpath.htm

Thank you! makes the htc evo the phone it used to be on release. But is is necessary to do this mod. i found it gets progressively worse after the update from fresh 3.?+ to fresh 4.1 I recommend doing it immediately after your update. I put it off as a test to see if i could “get by” and that is a negative after 2 months of “trying to work with it”. You have to do this with the evo 4g! i got to the point where there were firefox was going to a point was a black screen and waiting for redraws. after a few minutes later it would “catch up”. Hitting home button at times got the icons to crash and go to default android icon. Pandora radio would just be silly and the graphics be out of sync with the song or just force close all together. games what games…lol… nfs is a slug. well you get the idea. yey i got my mini tablet back!
keep up the good work man,

Didn't find any related posts :(

this makes the EVO seem to have almost no Latency for homescreen redraws and menu scrolling. Very snappy.
