Download: Stock Rooted 3.28.651.1 OTA update.zip
This is a stock (rooted) copy of the 3.28.651.1 OTA that Fresh Evo 3.2 is based on.
The only changes from stock are:
- Made in to an update.zip format so that you can flash it, and an update script was created
- Added superuser, busybox, apps2sd, and the necessary mods to the ramdisk to make them all work
Other than that it’s untouched. This is so that others can use this same base for whatever purpose that they want. This is not any type of rom that I’ll be maintaining or supporting, that’s what Fresh Evo is.

Flipz,
There has been some rumor that the next OTA may have a new PRI in it. It looks like you are the first to get this. Do you think when it comes out official it will have it?
I am one of those that has tried everything to get the PRI from 1.34 with no success. I think them putting out something is going to be my only hope unlesss I want to hope on a plain to where it seems to work for others.

Sprint has been great giving out the MSL on request, and I know myself and many others I know have have success restoring back to 1.40. (it can take several attempts, but so far everyone in my group has been successful)

Hi, Yes. Of course. I have tried all of the ways about 100 times by now. I think it is location but of course can not tell for sure.
MLS was the eaiest part of it. Had that since I got my phone. For the life of me just can not get the 1.40. I have triad all over the OH Akron area in my car.

Just to follow up. I got 1.40 PRI!!!! I flashed this Stock Rooted 3.28.651.1 just to give it a try. I went through the steps at http://geekfor.me/faq/how-to-get-back-to-pri-1-40-on-evo/ and it did not work the first time. I did it right away again and it worked the second time. I then resotred my backup and all is well.

this is not a fresh rom. He just upped a rooted ota for anyone that might want it. Just flash Fresh Evo 3.2 back on your phone from recovery.@Flipz
I know you said you are maintaining this rom but it seems to break wifi functionality. After the flash wifi says unable to scan for networks.Like or Dislike:

hei! girls & blokes,
for the MSL issue download MSL Reader from the market. IT WORKS!. you have to you all six numbers. But i found its doesnt work after you dial ##786# and wipe all data, make sure u back up ur current rom. alot of ppl said it worked afta 10 tries. but im not them, didnt work for me!. if ur rom 3.29 or higher just DL the radio update and flash. i had omj which was stuck one 3.26 DLed Fresh’s new 3.3.0.1 ROM, WICKED BI THE WAI FRESH, KEEP UP THE GOOD SHOW!, wipe flash in rom manager, done!..update the radio file in recov. flash sd update, reboot…check up menu, setting, about phone, software info =s
NEW PRI w a hot new rom w update!hope this helps u guys,
